The outcome
One florist selling three different ways, so the shop handles all three rather than forcing them through a single product grid. Retail runs on categories with filter and sort, wholesale takes stem and bunch quantities with a delivery date, and a bouquet configurator lets a customer pick colours and describe the intention instead of choosing a pre-made arrangement.
